Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center  is the first skilled nursing facility in the U.S. to earn the American Heart Association’s Skilled Nursing Facility Stroke Rehabilitation Certification. This recognition highlights the center’s evidence-based stroke recovery program, which focuses on restoring physical function, improving mobility, and addressing cognitive, speech, and pain management needs for stroke survivors. Directed by Dr. Tracey Harris, the program utilizes advanced therapies and technology, such as the LiteGait® system and Synchrony Dysphagia Solutions. The center’s commitment to quality care has also earned accolades like Newsweek’s “America’s Best Nursing Homes 2024.”
