I really liked this rehab, my nurse Carol was one of my favorites! When I asked her for something or asked her for help, she responded with, “My pleasure.” Who does that anymore? She really understands what good customer service is all about. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. My aide Betsy was another person that went above and beyond to provide me with good quality care, I appreciated that so much. Christy, my activities person, was fabulous! She came in every day to check in on me and to offer leisure material, she was always so friendly. The staff here is genuinely friendly and are willing to help you in any way they can. Even though I was on a modified diet, the food was good and tasty. The therapy was very good. They were gentle when I needed it and pushed me when I needed it. They were very compassionate. I would recommend Mount Holly Rehab to others.
