To my team of caregivers @ Mount Holly Rehab: I thank you for the wonderful care I received at your hands. Were we always perfect together? No but I always knew you were doing your best to take care of all that needed your assistance. I came to rehab sick and frightened about my future and with my team I am healing and repairing to go back home. Another team I thank are the ones in the background. The Guest Services person Monique who visited every day. Those visits mean a lot to patients, it makes us feel as if we are not forgotten and that we are important. My social worker Patty helped with so many things not only now but when my mother was a patient here. My team were a definite 5+ stars. My heartfelt thanks to all my angels, I wish I could name all the wonderful nurses and aides that were special to me, but I can name a few. Bethany nurse did so much for me, April my PT who made sure I did my exercises. Thank you all.
